Abstract:
Giulio Chiribella will say a few words about the relation between quantum cloning and the distinguishability of quantum states, presenting, among other things, the solution of a previously open problem concerning cloning processes that produce a large number of approximate output copies (cf the open problems website http://qig.itp.uni-hannover.de/qiproblems/Main_Page ).
