Title:Quantum information and simulation via Nitrogen-vacancy centers ensembles
Speaker: Zhangqi Yin University
Time: 2011-11-22 15:00-2011-11-22 16:00
Venue:FIT 1-222
Abstract:
In this talk I will briefly summary my previous works in coupled cavity QED systems and opto-mechanics in the first. Then I will discuss our recent two works in nitrogen-vacancy centers ensemble. I will show how to realize a quantum memory in a NVE and superconducting qubit hybrid system. I will show how to use the NVEs and superconducting resonators hybrid system to simulate the abelian gauge field. Related experiments will also be discussed.
